There is no call center behind this site, just the form above and a real person reading what comes through it. That is slower than a bot that promises an instant ticket number, but it means someone actually reads what you send. Pick the topic that fits closest - "correction," "marketplace question," whatever - and a specific note beats a vague one every time.
Where to Start
- Spotted something wrong in the Airport Guide or Travel Guide: use the correction topic and be specific about the page and the fix.
- Submitted a Marketplace listing that has not appeared, or need one taken down: use the marketplace topic and include the listing title.
- Run a business listed on the site: use the business inquiry topic, since those get priority read.
- Have an urgent, in-progress issue at the airport itself: do not use this form at all - contact the airport authority or air traffic control directly, since this site is not staffed for anything time-sensitive.
Corrections to the Airport Guide or Travel Guide
These are the fastest fixes and the most valuable emails we get. If an FBO changed fuel brands, a flight school added or retired an aircraft, a hotel closed, or a restaurant's hours are wrong, say what changed and, if you have it, where you saw it change (a new sign, an updated website, a phone call). We would rather hear "this is out of date" from a reader than leave it wrong indefinitely.
Marketplace listings
Most Marketplace questions are best handled through the "Submit a Listing" form itself, which routes new aircraft, fractional-share, hangar, and office listings into a review queue directly. Email us instead if: a listing you submitted has not appeared after a few days, you need a listing taken down (sold, withdrawn, expired), or you spotted a listing that looks like spam or a scam. We do not manage buyer-seller negotiations or act as an escrow party - that stays between the parties involved, as it should.
Business inquiries
If you operate an FBO, flight school, hotel, restaurant, or other business in the area this site covers and want to make sure your listing is accurate or flag something we got wrong, that email gets priority - you are closer to the ground truth than we are. We do not currently run paid placements, but we are always glad to fix a wrong phone number, an old hours schedule, or a dropped amenity. Include the business name as it appears on the site and, if you can, a link to the page in question, since that is the fastest way for us to locate the listing among the directories.
What this is not for
This is not an emergency contact for the airport itself. For time-sensitive operational issues at KAPA - a NOTAM concern, an airfield hazard, an in-progress incident - contact the airport authority or air traffic control directly, not an independent website. We will always be slower than the people actually running the field.
What makes a correction resolve fast
Three details turn a vague correction into a five-minute fix: which page, what is wrong, and what it should say instead. "The fuel prices page is off" takes longer to act on than "Modern Aviation switched to full-service-only 100LL last month, the self-serve note on their FBO page needs to come out." If you have a source - a screenshot, a link, a recent phone call - include it. We are not able to independently confirm every correction the day it arrives, so a source lets us act on it immediately instead of waiting on a second round of verification.
Emails with a specific page, a specific error, and a specific fix get handled the same day far more often than a general note that something looks off. The extra time it takes to copy a link and name the exact detail is the single biggest thing you can do to speed up a correction.
