This policy covers FlyCentennial.com, an independent service of AAERO.com. It explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It does not cover the practices of businesses listed in our directory, the Marketplace, or any third-party site you reach through a link on this site - each of those operates under its own policy.
What We Collect
Three categories of data touch this site, and they are handled differently.
- Contact and Marketplace form submissions. When you use the Contact form, the Marketplace listing submission form, or the "Contact the Seller" form on a Marketplace listing, we collect what you type: name, email, phone if provided, and your message. This is used solely to respond to you or relay your message to the relevant seller, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside that direct purpose.
- Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting server logs standard technical data on each request: IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp. This is used for security and troubleshooting, kept only as long as the hosting provider's default retention, and not used to build advertising profiles.
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Every public form on this site (Contact, Submit a Listing, Contact the Seller) is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention challenge that runs automatically in your browser. Turnstile may set its own cookies and process a small amount of technical data (browser signals, not your personal identity) under Cloudflare's own privacy policy, which governs that specific interaction independent of this one.
What We Do Not Do
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or analytics suites that build cross-site profiles on visitors. We do not sell data, and we have no ad network relationship on this site as of this writing.
Cookies
Beyond what Cloudflare Turnstile sets to run its verification challenge, this site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. A basic session cookie is used only on the password-gated Marketplace admin screen, to keep a moderator signed in during that session; it is not set for ordinary visitors browsing the public site.
Your Rights
If you have submitted a form on this site and want your message or submission data deleted, email us through the Contact page and we will remove it. Marketplace listings can be taken down at your request the same way. Because this is a small, independently run site rather than a large data processor, most requests like this are handled directly and quickly rather than through an automated system.
Changes to This Policy
If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we will update this page and the date below rather than silently altering practice. This policy does not constitute legal advice; it is a plain description of how this specific site currently operates.
